What a surprise… I will play in my village!

I was asked to play the piano on the last day of the XVI “Poetry in the Laurel” International Festival on August 20. It will be in the Gardens of San Luis el Real in La Zubia, Granada.

The piece of news took me by surprise…. very few times I have been able to play in the place where I live. I am very happy to play here, I usually travel many kilometres by car or plane to play in a concert or music competition.

It will be a beautiful night, full of poetry and music, like the other days of the festival. And guess what? I already have my tickets!

I have to thank the Zubia Town Hall for the invitation. Also, thanks for making it possible for the youngest to have a space to make music and share the stage with international poets and established artists such as Juan Valderrama.

I will leave you with a short poem 😉 :
